The Alexandra Swimming Club is based at the Molyneux Aquatic Centre in Alexandra, Central Otago, New Zealand.  We offer a pathway for early development through to competitive swimming. 

Our competitive squad trains and competes year round and is coached by Shane Allan.  He has extensive experience in coaching from the early stages of Learn-to-Swim through to advanced levels of competitive swimming.  He has excelled at competitive swimming and understands the commitment and support that swimmers require to achieve their full potential. 

One of our key objectives is to create a positive and supportive environment that keeps swimmers keen and interested while encouraging commitment and camaraderie through training and competing together as a team. 

The club is affiliated with Swim Otago and Swimming NZ.

Alexandra Swimming Club also provides the use of equipment on request by non-profit community groups, including primary and secondary school swimming sports.
